About The Position

Extra Steps Pediatric Therapies, a subsidiary of Minute Man Arc for Human Services, is seeking a Part-Time Fee-for-Service Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist. We offer developmentally appropriate, multidisciplinary services for children aged 3-22. Our center-based services include diagnostics and treatment, with a focus on creative, play-based therapy in a supportive environment. We value collaboration with families, schools, and staff.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited program with completed CFY.
• Licensed and certified in Massachusetts as a Speech/Language Pathologist.
• Pediatric experience working with developmental delays and special needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to use Electronic Medical Records or willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.

• Feeding therapy with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based diagnostic and treatment services for children ages 3-22.
• Incorporate play and fun in interactive therapy sessions.
