Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a practicing Speech Therapist.
Current and valid State Licensure/Certification as a Speech Therapist in the state of Georgia.
Ability to travel as needed for client care and home services.

Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders, designing individualized therapy plans that focus on real-world outcomes.
Develop and execute patient-centered intervention strategies, routinely reviewing medical data to adapt plans and maximize each individual's rehabilitation potential.
Partner closely with our Director of Clinical Services, physicians, family members, and primary caregivers to ensure a seamless, holistic approach to patient care.
Instruct and empower families and caregivers with the tools and techniques needed to maintain and optimize the patient’s progress at home.
Complete comprehensive evaluation reports and progress notes accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of HIPAA compliance and patient safety.
