This role involves implementing and coordinating treatment plans as directed by a supervising Physical Therapist. The position requires maintaining and updating clinic logs for proper record-keeping and regulatory compliance. A key responsibility is managing the ordering and inventory of physical therapy supplies to ensure timely availability. The Speech Language Pathologist will treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including cervical pain, lumbago, sprains/strains, and postoperative conditions such as arthroscopy, total joint replacement, and fractures. Additionally, the role includes providing care for patients with neurological and vestibular disorders under the direction of the evaluating clinician. Therapeutic interventions will involve applying manual techniques and soft tissue mobilization, and progressing exercise regimens based on individual patient needs and responses. The position also requires ensuring compliance with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Workers' Compensation regulations, including proper documentation and procedures.
