Requirements
- Current Kentucky licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Master's degree from a university with a curriculum approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Love to collaborate and work in a team-based atmosphere.
- Meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Effectively & professionally communicate verbally and in documentation.
- Experience with or desire to learn Telehealth.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional therapy to children and families.
- Conduct skilled evaluation and treatment for children with a range of diagnoses, ages 0-21 years.
- Maintain and manage a full-time caseload and consistently hit target goals.
- Educate families/caregivers on home program strategies to increase success.
- Participate in continuing education to lead the community with new treatment and evaluation techniques.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies.
- Manage administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines.
- Support the Marshall Pediatric Therapy mission by 'Helping Families Grow Skills for a Better Life'.
