YOUR ROLE AS A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST Perform skilled therapeutic services within the Speech Language Pathologist’s scope of practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Kentucky.
- CPR & First Aid certification.
- Pass background check.
- Valid driver's license
- Strong clinical skills, powerful presence, and the flexibility to think like a clinician and a kid.
- A track record (or dream) of turning challenges into victories.
- The heart to care deeply, the brains to treat smart, and the guts to lead boldly.

- Certification of Clinical Competence obtained from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) OR eligible to begin clinical fellowship year.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language screenings, evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments that identify deficits related to speech, language, and feeding.
- Support children with expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC, feeding, and social communication.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to create meaningful, functional outcomes
