About The Position

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech, language, communication, feeding and swallowing disorder service to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families as identified in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). You will ensure that all (0-3) children are served timely and appropriately and in keeping with their procedural safeguards, rights and needs. This position fully embraces the mission and 7 key principles for providing early intervention services in the natural environment.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
• ASHA CCC SLP or Clinical Fellow working toward CCC SLP
• Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Intern (CFY) license in Texas
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Lifting 50+

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, communication, feeding and swallowing disorder services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families as identified in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Ensure that all (0-3) children are served timely and appropriately and in keeping with their procedural safeguards, rights and needs.
• Participate in agency Emergency Preparedness and Environmental Safety programs and may be assigned as key/essential staff during critical events or for business continuity.
• Complete all work within scheduled work hours. Non-exempt employees are expected to clock in and out for each work shift, with no work done off the clock.
• Follow agency dress code at all times.
• Maintain physical on-site presence, including regular attendance and punctuality.
