PRN — for SLPs that want maximum flexibility: no minimum weekly hour requirement and opportunities to provide make-up sessions, rescheduled visits, evaluations, and coverage as needed. Part-Time Hourly — for SLPs that want part-time consistency: requires a minimum of 7 hours per week, allowing you to build your own caseload and develop ongoing relationships with families. Full-Time Salary (Exempt) — for SLPs that was a consistent caseload: your choice of a 30-, 32-, 36-, 38-,or 40-hour schedule, a dedicated caseload, and comprehensive benefits with recurring scheduling earnings opportunities.
Requirements
- CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number
- Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
- Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
- Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
Responsibilities
- Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
- Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
- Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in required training and team communication
- Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity
