About The Position

AnthroMed Education is a growing community of Speech-Language Pathologists dedicated to providing students with the speech and language services they deserve. Unlike staffing agencies that support multiple disciplines, AnthroMed focuses specifically on Speech-Language Pathologists and related service providers in schools. Our mission is to create an environment where clinicians feel supported, connected, and empowered to do their best work. We are currently hiring several school-based SLPs for the 2026–2027 school year across partnering districts. Opportunities are available across all grade levels and school settings. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Ability to obtain Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Colorado
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • School-based clinical experience preferred
  • Passion for working with students in a collaborative educational setting

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language services to students.
  • Collaborate with school teams.
  • Participate in bi-weekly SLP team meetings.
  • Engage in 1:1 caseload guidance and ongoing mentorship.
  • Utilize a 600+ therapy materials database.
  • Work with school partners to understand caseload, building culture, and day-to-day responsibilities.
