About The Position

Blue Stone Therapy is launching a brand-new outpatient therapy program at Peaceful Pines of Mitchell in Mitchell, SD, and is building its therapy team from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing outpatient program while delivering individualized, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. The role involves evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based therapy, educating patients and caregivers, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining documentation. The position also supports the growth of a new outpatient therapy program.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
Current Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota

Responsibilities
