About The Position
ISO Workforce Alliance is partnering with a supportive, student-centered school district seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who is driven not just by clinical excellence—but by impact. As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders, supporting their academic and social development.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active California SLP License or eligibility
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- SLP-CCC preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply with strong mentorship support available
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with IDEA guidelines
- Provide therapy through individual, small group, and classroom-based models
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
