Arbor Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team as a 1099 Independent Contractor for a temporary, as-needed clinic-based role in their Glendale location. Requirements

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
• At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
• Experience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

• Feeding therapy experience or interest strongly preferred
• AAC experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and feeding disorders
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes
• Engage and educate parents and caregivers to support carryover
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other team members
• Complete clear, concise documentation in a timely manner
