About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This role offers flexibility, the opportunity for meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to control income. The position involves 1:1 patient care in the home environment within the Orlando/Orange County, FL area, with territories designed to minimize drive time. The role utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR system to reduce documentation time, allowing therapists to focus more on patient care.

Requirements

Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Nice To Haves

Home health experience preferred but not required
OASIS/Medicare documentation experience preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
Educate patients and caregivers to improve functional outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Complete OASIS documentation as required
Document visits using streamlined, AI-assisted technology
