About The Position

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team serving Lufkin and surrounding areas. We provide in-home pediatric therapy services designed to help children strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and succeed in their daily environments. We offer a collaborative, whole-child approach, working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team including occupational and physical therapists to address each child's developmental needs. PRN and part-time opportunities allow you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle. We provide access to mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and ongoing clinical support. Session rates start at $65.00 per session, with opportunities for growth based on experience and performance. Additional incentives include referral bonus opportunities, travel stipends, and a CEU stipend and $2000 sign-on bonus. A supportive and collaborative team environment is emphasized. Weekly average visit requirements must be met to qualify for certain incentives.

Requirements

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Texas
Ability to work independently in a home health setting

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Feeding and swallowing experience is a plus
Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services in the home setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, and communication development
Provide feeding and swallowing therapy when applicable
Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover of therapy strategies at home
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
