About The Position

This is a 13-week assignment for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a hospital setting. The role involves providing acute care speech-language pathology services, focusing on the evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. The position offers 40 guaranteed hours per week with 5x8-hour day shifts (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), and does not require call, weekend, or holiday work.

Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the applicable state
• Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program
• Minimum 2 years of acute care or hospital Speech-Language Pathology experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Proficiency performing Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies required
