About The Position

Relient Health is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across West Virginia. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement SLP positions. Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location. Current SLP openings are available in Daniels, Hilltop, Marlinton, and additional West Virginia markets. This position is ideal for licensed and certified West Virginia Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), SLPs relocating to West Virginia, Clinical Fellows (CFs) starting or completing their CFY, experienced SLPs seeking roles in various settings, and SLPs looking for long-term, stable, in-person, permanent placement roles. Facility requirements vary—some positions require ASHA CCC, while others accept strong CFs. CF supervision availability depends on the specific facility.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Master’s program
Active West Virginia SLP license, or eligibility/pending licensure
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed West Virginia markets
Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatment plans
Provide skilled SLP services in a rehabilitation setting
Complete standardized assessments and documentation in EMR systems
Collaborate with SLPAs, rehab professionals, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
Support patient progress toward improved communication, safety, and independence
