About The Position
HealthPro Heritage has a great Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in Newington, CT and surrounding areas. This is a part-time position with potential for growth in a Home Health Setting, serving all adults. The role offers competitive per-visit rates and the flexibility to build your own schedule. This position supports a strong and ever-growing partnership with Masonicare home health.
Requirements
- Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
