Mountain Views Supervisory UnionWoodstock, VT

About The Position

Bridging Communication and Community in the Green Mountains At Mountain Views, we believe that communication is the foundation of belonging. Our schools, serving the communities of Barnard, Bridgewater, Killington, Plymouth, Reading, and Woodstock, are places where we prioritize deep connections over rigid checklists. We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year who wants to be more than a service provider; we want a teammate who is ready to help shape our students’ educational journeys. The Role: A Collaborative Approach We recognize that the best therapeutic work doesn't happen in a vacuum. To support both our students and our staff's well-being, we utilize the 3:1 Service Delivery Model. Direct Impact (3 Weeks): You will provide focused, direct clinical services to students across the district (PreK–12), working toward specific IEP goals in both individual and small-group settings. Strategic Consultation (1 Week): The fourth week of each cycle is dedicated to Consultation and Program Review . This "service-related" week allows you the time to observe students in their natural classroom environments, meet with instructional teams, and fine-tune programming without the pressure of back-to-back sessions.
