Vineyard Post Acute is seeking compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to join our therapy team. Requirements

  • Valid California SLP license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dedication to improving patient outcomes and quality of life

Nice To Haves

  • SNF or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to support communication and swallowing function
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and physicians, to provide holistic care
  • Educate residents and families on strategies for continued progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
