About The Position

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. As a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Eyas Landing, you will provide speech therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs through: Providing individualized therapy Implementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Requirements

  • Skilled and compassionate Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy experience
  • Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
  • Experience with Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM).

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes.
