About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join their collaborative team and provide speech-language services to K–12 students in Fairfield, CA for the 2026–2027 academic year. The role involves providing on-site speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50–55 K–12 students. Responsibilities include conducting speech-language evaluations, interpreting diagnostic results, and developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student success. The SLP will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support communication goals and monitor student progress. Maintaining accurate and timely student records and demonstrating flexibility to support school site assignments based on district and student needs are also key aspects of the position.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License (CA-SLP)
Prior school-based experience or the ability to independently manage a standard school caseload across various grade levels

Responsibilities
