About The Position
Creative Health Solutions is looking for a passionate Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for our beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living and Memory Care in Wesley Chapel, FL. CHS is an in-house therapy company that provides patient-centered care. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Valid State Speech License and Credentials
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
- Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
