About The Position

Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support therapy services at highly respected senior living communities in Crivitz and Marinette, WI. The role involves evaluating and treating adult and geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing and implementing individualized, patient-centered treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, and accurately documenting services per company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCCs
Strong communication and documentation skills
A passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing and senior living settings
Professionalism, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Responsibilities
