About The Position
Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join its multidisciplinary care team in a medical/surgical setting. The role involves empowering patients through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care. The position is PRN, with a stated schedule of 0800–1630 Monday through Friday; weekends and holidays may be needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license and ASHA certification.
- CPR certification.

Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Educate patients and families about therapy goals.
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
