We're looking for a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional care in our skilled nursing facility, treating both inpatient and outpatient populations. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state SLP license (or license eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply if supervision is available
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate, positive attitude and commitment to helping patients achieve their highest level of independence

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, physical and occupational therapists, patients, and families to provide outstanding care.
  • Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.
  • Educate patients and caregivers to promote continued success beyond therapy.
