About The Position

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time pediatric position. This role involves working directly with children in a setting designed to support their developmental and therapeutic needs. The position offers a predictable weekday schedule, time off aligned with traditional breaks, and the ability to build lasting relationships with children and families. Clinicians will benefit from collaborative, interdisciplinary support from a team of professionals including OTs, PTs, and mental health providers. Compensation is spread over 12 months for consistent pay. PDS also offers professional development and career growth opportunities, including mentorship, leadership roles, and specialization in areas like AAC, early intervention, or bilingual therapy. There is built-in support for both new and experienced clinicians, including mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and experienced colleagues.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Active state SLP license

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on pediatric needs and therapy plans
  • Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding (if applicable)
  • Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals
  • Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child
