Speech-Language Pathologist (4-Day Work Week)
About The Position
Empower K-8 students to find their voice and reach their full potential! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in the Casa Grande, AZ area for the 2026-2027 school year. Support a diverse K-8 student population in a role that values your expertise and your time—featuring a consistent 4-day work week that allows you to truly recharge while helping students thrive. Provide speech and language support to a K–8 student population, conducting assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans. Partner with teachers and parents during pre-service days and throughout the academic year to support student success. Manage a diverse caseload and maintain accurate student records in accordance with state and school district standards.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Arizona State Board of Speech-Language Pathology License
- Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Prior experience working with K-8 students in an educational setting
Responsibilities
