Speech Language Pathologist - SLP Home Health
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to join their teams. The role involves providing home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in their homes and in senior living communities within New Hampshire, specifically in the Salem, Hampton, and Nashua territories. The primary goal is to help clients improve their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life, enabling them to remain safely at home. No prior home health experience is required, as the company offers support and training for passionate patient care providers. The SLP will be part of a collaborative care team.
Requirements
- An active SLP license in New Hampshire
- Graduate of a speech-language pathologist program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Comfort with basic technology and documentation systems

Responsibilities
- Visit clients in their homes across your assigned area
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
- Create personalized care plans and adjust them as your clients progress
- Partner with other clinicians to deliver well-rounded care
- Educate patients and families so they feel confident continuing care at home
- Document your visits and progress using our easy-to-use EMR system
