About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students for the 2026–2027 school year in Westminster, Maryland. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with students across a range of communication needs while collaborating closely with educators, families, and related service providers. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for supporting elementary-aged students

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Support students with articulation, receptive and expressive language, social communication, and AAC needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
  • Monitor student progress and adjust services as appropriate
