This PRN Speech Language Pathologist position will join a collaborative interdisciplinary team and provide care across various settings, including independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification
- Active state license required
Responsibilities
- Screen residents
- Evaluate residents
- Re-evaluate residents
- Develop discharge plans
- Make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician
