About The Position

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Hospital based IP/OP in Dickinson, North Dakota. This role involves a 50% Inpatient / 50% Outpatient split, serving both Adults & Pediatrics. The position offers a flexible $12,000 Career Bonus over the first three years, which can be used for retention, sign-on, student loan repayment, or personal development. The role is full-time, 30-40 hours per week, with full benefits. CHI St. Alexius Hospital is adding swing bed services, presenting an opportunity for FEES growth. Part-time and PRN hours are also available.

Requirements

• Master's degree (M. A. or M. S.) in Speech Language Pathology
• Graduate of a certified therapy program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Possess or be eligible for North Dakota state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
