Blue Stone Therapy is expanding its outpatient therapy services in Rochester, MN, and is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Nice To Haves
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Responsibilities
- Performing comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans and goals
- Providing evidence-based treatment for speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Educating patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs
- Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
- Contributing to a positive patient experience and strong clinical culture
