Bliss Speech & Hearing Services is seeking experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (minimum 3 years experience preferred) to join their growing team for an upcoming clinic expansion north of Plano. Requirements

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
Minimum 3 years pediatric experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Experience with a variety of speech/language disorders and age ranges
Organized, collaborative, and family-centered
Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team

Nice To Haves

Comfortable with evaluations and case management
Experience or interest in feeding therapy
Experience or interest in myofunctional therapy
Experience or interest in auditory verbal therapy
Experience or interest in voice therapy
Experience or interest in bilingual therapy

Responsibilities

Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members
Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner
Contribute ideas, clinical insight, and positive team culture
