About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an outpatient rehabilitation setting. The SLP will provide evaluation and treatment services for patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Requirements
- Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist License
- Epic EMR experience required
- Knowledge of GG Functional Assessment Items
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience
- New graduates considered (rate may vary based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient speech therapy services
- Conduct comprehensive speech and swallowing evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Perform GG functional assessments
- Maintain accurate documentation within Epic EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and progress
