About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater McMinnville, OR area. They are seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting, specifically for an Early Childhood role (Ages 3-5). Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work, focusing on support and mentorship to help clinicians do their best work. The position is full-time and in-person, starting August 21, 2026, and may require traveling between school sites.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
