Speech Language Pathologist (Early Childhood)
About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Dallas, OR area (Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties). This is an in-person, full-time Early Childhood Role (Ages 3-5) starting August 21, 2026, and may require traveling between school sites. Ampersand Therapy is a woman and therapist-run company built by providers who understand school-based work. Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY)

- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
