About The Position

The Speech and Language Center in Sterling, Virginia is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric team! We are a comprehensive, multidisciplinary clinic offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and ABA services, allowing for truly collaborative, whole-child care. The Speech and Language Center is proud to be part of Cicero Therapies, a family of pediatric therapy practices united by a shared commitment to providing exceptional care while investing in the clinicians who make that care possible. As a Public Benefit Company, Cicero Therapies measures success not only by business performance, but by the positive impact we have on children, families, team members, and the communities we serve. Our purpose is to help every child take their next steps while fostering a workplace where clinicians can learn, grow, and build meaningful careers. At The Speech and Language Center, we believe every child deserves to be understood, respected, and celebrated for who they are. Our therapists embrace a compassionate, child-led, neurodiversity-affirming approach that honors each child's unique strengths, interests, and communication style.
