About The Position
Functional Pathways is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join their team at Westminster Canterbury Richmond, an award-winning Life Care Community in Richmond, VA. This role involves working across a 60-acre campus serving nearly 900 residents in independent living, assisted living, memory support, and healthcare settings. The community is celebrating 50 years and is expanding with a new Vital Living Center and Clubhouse. The position is part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification
- Active state license required
Responsibilities
- Screen residents
- Evaluate residents
- Re-evaluate residents
- Develop discharge plans
- Make revisions to established plans of care as supervised by the physician
