Speech-Language Pathologist
About The Position
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support early childhood students in a highly collaborative school-based setting in Washington, DC for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite position supports students ages 3–5 across two nearby campuses and offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention, communication development, and student success. The ideal clinician is passionate about working with preschool-aged students and enjoys collaborating closely with educators, families, and related service providers in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible DC DOH SLP License
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous school-based or early childhood experience preferred
- Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks is a plus
Responsibilities
- Providing direct speech-language therapy services
- Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Writing IEP goals and maintaining documentation
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Participating in MTSS/RTI processes and team meetings
- Supporting students during critical developmental years
