About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Winchendon, Massachusetts. This role supports a PK–12 student population, offering a dynamic and varied caseload across multiple grade levels. We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP / CFY) who are interested in pediatric, school-based therapy across diverse age groups.

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility)
DESE Educator License (Speech, Language & Hearing Disorders) or eligibility
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based therapy, or special education preferred

Responsibilities

Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to PK–12 students
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments across age groups
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions)
Support students with: Articulation and phonology, Receptive and expressive language, Social/pragmatic communication, Fluency and voice disorders
Adapt therapy approaches for early childhood, elementary, and secondary students
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, occupational therapists (OTs), and physical therapists (PTs)
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
