About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary school in Gurnee, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role serves a 3rd–5th grade caseload and offers the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative and supportive school team. The role involves supporting students in 3rd–5th grade, with approximately 30 students on the caseload. This includes a diverse student population, with 12–13 students in high-needs classrooms utilizing AAC devices and approximately 8 students receiving RTI services. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing therapy, evaluations, and IEP support, and will collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families.

Requirements

Professional Educator License

Responsibilities

Serve students in 3rd–5th grade
Support a diverse student population including: 12–13 students in high-needs classrooms utilizing AAC devices
