About The Position
Bridgeway Home Health is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their growing Home Health team. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide patient-centered, one-on-one care in patients' homes. The SLP will be responsible for conducting focused one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting, administering speech therapy on an intermittent basis in accordance with physician orders and plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- Current SLP license in the state of Georgia
- Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance

Responsibilities
- Conducting focused one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
- Patient and family teaching in the home setting.
- Administering speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
- Adhering to physician orders and plan of care.
- Working under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
