About The Position
Extra Steps Pediatric Therapies, a subsidiary of Minute Man Arc for Human Services, is seeking a Part-Time Fee for Service Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist. They provide developmentally appropriate, multidisciplinary services for children aged 3-22. The role involves center-based diagnostic and treatment services, with an emphasis on creative, play-based therapy in a supportive environment. The position offers flexible hours and days between Monday and Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, and/or Saturday mornings.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited program with completed CFY.
- Licensed and certified in Massachusetts as a Speech/Language Pathologist.
- Pediatric experience working with developmental delays and special needs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.

- Feeding therapy with children.
Responsibilities
- Provide center-based diagnostic and treatment services for children.
- Incorporate play and fun in interactive therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and staff for a team approach.
