Speech Language Pathologist / SLP
About The Position
Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Sacred Heart Home in New Bedford, MA and other Dioses communities is seeking its next employee-owner team member. This will be a PRN role that can cover our retirement communities in the area - all are the Catholic Dioses communities. Symbria is a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
- Must hold CCC's.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Proficient in Nethealth a plus!
Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
- Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
- Maintain productivity standards.
- Complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served.
