About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists to support an Early Intervention program in the Reading, PA area for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves delivering high-quality speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children in community settings such as daycares and preschools. The Speech-Language Pathologist will work between designated sites to ensure consistent service delivery and partnership with daycare staff and families. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed documentation and monitoring student milestones to ensure compliance with specialized education plans and IEP goals.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid Pennsylvania License in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (DOE) Certification
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in early intervention or working with the preschool population

Nice To Haves

  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
