About The Position

The IMA Group is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to complete pediatric-focused speech and language evaluations for disability determinations in Endicott, NY. This is a fully assessment-based position designed for clinicians who prefer objective evaluations and streamlined documentation over traditional school or clinical therapy work. This role is ideal for SLPs in schools, early intervention, outpatient clinics, or private practice who want to stay clinically active while gaining flexibility and reducing burnout.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active NY SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong written communication and clinical judgment skills

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric assessment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Review relevant medical, developmental, and educational records
  • Complete clear, structured evaluation reports using a standardized system
