About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in York, PA and surrounding areas! This position offers flexible scheduling options, including part-time and PRN opportunities, allowing therapists to work as little or as much as they'd like. The role involves building a caseload up to 5 hours per week, with flexible hourly compensation ranging from $65–$75/hour, which is negotiable. Service areas are flexible, aiming to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home, with options in York/Adams County, PA. Therapists create their own schedules based on availability, with sessions lasting approximately 1 hour, including therapy and documentation time on a company-provided laptop. This is a W2 position with part-time benefits, ideal for therapists with full-time jobs, school-based staff, parents, or anyone seeking a flexible role. Requirements

Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Provide Speech sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
