About The Position
Speech Language Pathologist roles for the 2026-2027 school year in Maplewood, MN and surrounding areas. These are in-person, full-time positions working with elementary and middle school students. Ampersand Therapy is seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License (or CFY)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
