About The Position

Sentara Therapy Center - Pediatric Camelot is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for their new Outpatient Center. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will perform modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures. You will provide effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. You will initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. You will be productive and efficient in daily operations, select and perform appropriate assessment procedures, and establish and update a formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Speech Pathology or Communications Disorder (Required)
  • Valid license Speech Language Pathologist. (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree Speech Language Pathologist (Preferred)

Responsibilities
