Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in evaluating and treating a variety of speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to improve communication abilities, speech clarity, and swallowing function for patients of all ages.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques to manage communication or swallowing challenges effectively.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to address each patient’s overall needs.
