Requirements
- Active SLP license in Maryland (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Passion for working with children and families through play-based, family-centered care
- Strong clinical instincts and a commitment to growth and excellence
Nice To Haves
- Experience (or interest) in teletherapy, feeding therapy, or social skills development a plus
- Collaborative mindset for working with OTs, BCBAs, and a multidisciplinary team
